This 90-minute experience begins with one hour of energizing hot yoga to build strength, release tension, and clear the mind. We then transition into a 30-minute Soundwave Serenity sound bath, allowing your body to fully relax and integrate the work. Sweat, soften, and surrender, heat and sound come together for the ultimate reset Pause. Reflect. Receive.

The Vibe Wellness Lounge Rental & Liability Disclosure -For Teachers / Class Facilitators / Personal / Creative Use (Dance, Book Clubs, Practice, Events) -House Rules & Responsibilities: -Respect the space; leave it clean and organized. -The Vibe has concrete floors, use mats or appropriate footwear to your own comfort level and at your own risk. -Mirrors are not attached to the walls; DO NOT TOUCH THEM. (owner will clean) -Start and end on time; setup/cleanup time (30 minutes) will be included in your booking. -No smoking, vaping, or open flames. -You are responsible for your students and guests. -Video, photo, or audio recording of your class may be taken by The Vibe for social media, marketing, or website use. By signing, you consent to the use of images and recordings that include you or your participants. -Participation is voluntary; all risks are assumed by participants. -The Vibe Wellness Lounge and staff are not liable for injury, death, loss, or damages. -Report any damages immediately; you are responsible for damages caused.
