90 minute movement and meditation class designed to reset and fax the week with a sense of calm.

Begin your week with a moment to slow down, tune in, and return to the breath. Hatha practice is focused on mindful movement, gentle strength, and steady balance. Each posture invites awareness of the body, while our meditation guides us toward stillness and clarity.

Together we will create a space to release tension, reset the nervous system, and reconnect with the present. We will carry forward a sense of calm, grounding, and centered awareness to face the week’s challenges with grace and presence.
