About the event
This 90-minute experience begins with one hour of energizing hot yoga to build strength, release tension, and clear the mind. We then transition into a 30-minute Soundwave Serenity sound bath, allowing your body to fully relax and integrate the work. Sweat, soften, and surrender, heat and sound come together for the ultimate reset
